As a form provider, you can access your library in two ways.
- Excel Spreadsheet Library List - We can send you a Detailed Report of your library in an excel spreadsheet. This spreadsheet will include your library name, Quik! Form ID, Form Name, Description (if applicable), Literature Number (if applicable), Revision Date, and State Associations. All you need to do is reach out to our Forms Team forms@quikforms.com and request an updated report of your library.
- Quikforms Manager - We can set you up with a Quikforms Manager account where you can view your forms library through our website. This option also allows you to download the built PDF files, view the forms in HTML, and manage your library. Please refer to this additional article for an in-depth look at Quikforms Manager.
