Many organizations maintain their client information in CRM systems such as Advyzon. One of the big benefits of using Quik! is the ability to prefill your CRM data on a form automatically. This means you don't have to manually type information you already know, and you can use that saved time to focus on what really matters.

Before You Start
You will need to have an existing Adyvzon and Quik! App account before connecting.

The integration between Quik! and Advyzon leverages Single Sign-On (SSO) technology, providing users with a seamless and secure authentication experience. With SSO, users can access the Quik! platform directly from Advyzon without needing to re-enter their credentials, simplifying the login process and reducing password fatigue. This connection ensures a secure, centralized authentication system that enhances user convenience while maintaining strict security standards. SSO integration allows teams to focus on their workflows without interruptions by streamlining access, ultimately improving productivity and user experience across both platforms.
Advyzon Set Up
Steps to Enable the Integration from your Advyzon Account to your Quik! App:

Log into Advyzon: Access your Advyzon account using your credentials.
- Go to Settings > Partner Integrations.

Now, Toggle ON Quik!
- Connect your Quik! Account: Follow the prompts to enter your Quik! credentials and authenticate the connection.
- Toggle ON the SSO & API Access Switches
- A new field will appear
- Enter your Quik! Customer ID. This can be found on the top left of your Quik! App account.
6. Configure Integration Settings: Set up your data mapping preferences to ensure information syncs correctly between Advyzon and Quik!.
7. Save > Verify Integrations shows as 'Connected' from Advyzon.
Congratulations! Your Quik! account is now connected to your Advyzon account!
Sending Client Data from Advyzon to Quik!
- From the Client Profile in your Advyzon account
- Select the quick-action ellipses in the upper right corner of your Advyzon account.
- Click the option send to Quik!
Using the Quik! App with Advyzon Integration
Now that you’ve successfully set up your connection with Advyzon follow these steps to streamline your workflow in the Quik! App:
- Select Forms: Once your client data has been sent to Quik!, click the Choose Forms icon to create your basket of forms.
- Client Data Assignment: Typically, users would navigate to the Add People tab to assign roles manually. However, Advyzon automates this step for you, saving time and effort.
- Review Forms: Click the Finalize tab to review your selected forms and ensure accuracy.
- Launch Forms: When you're ready, click Launch Forms to open your pre-filled forms in a new window.
Troubleshooting:
1. Launch Forms Not Working: If you click the Launch Forms button and nothing happens, please ensure your browser is configured to allow pop-ups from Quik! to avoid interruptions.
2. Client Data Not Coming Over: For users integrating with the Quik! App via SSO (e.g., Practifi, Advisors Assistant, Advyzon, etc.), you may encounter issues if you're already logged into the Quik! App in another browser tab. To resolve this:
- Log out of the Quik! App completely.
- Refresh your integration platform.
- Retry pushing the data into the Quik! App.
This ensures a clean connection and prevents authentication conflicts during the data transfer process.
