Let's get started
Form Bundles can save you time by grouping together forms that you often launch together. Say you have a package of 3 forms that every new client needs to fill out. You can create a Form Bundle that includes these 3 forms. Now, instead of searching for each of these 3 forms individually every time you send them to a new client, you can perform a single search to return the bundle and get to launching forms faster.
Any Quik! App users can create a private Form Bundle in the Quik! App-- it will always be added to My Form Bundles. My Form Bundles are user-based, meaning they can only be seen by the user who created them.
However, sometimes account Admins want to create a Form Bundle that all users can see. These are called Public Form Bundles. See How to Manage Public Form Bundles for more information.
This page explains how to create, modify, and delete forms in My Form Bundles.
How To
There are a few ways to create and manage Form Bundles in the Quik! Forms App. Each method is described in detail below, or you can also view this video which will walk you trough this:
Create Form Bundles from Search Results
The most common way to create and modify Form Bundles is through the forms listed in your search results. After you search for forms, your search results are listed in rows on the right. Included in the results section is a small document icon in between the Blue select button and eyeball icon.
Click on that icon to bring up the Manage Form Bundles window. Here you will see the name of the form, as well as information on whether it is already a part of any Form Bundles.
If you want to add the selected form to an existing Form Bundle, click in the UPDATE FORM BUNDLE drop-down menu to find a Form Bundle you would like to add this form to, select the Form Bundle, and click UPDATE FORM BUNDLE. This form has now been added to that bundle.
Alternatively, you can create an entirely new Form Bundle. Type the name you wish to call the new Form Bundle in the Set a new name field, and click CREATE NEW FORM BUNDLE You have now created a new Form Bundle with this form as its only content. You are free to search for more forms and add them to this newly created Form Bundle later.
To remove forms from a bundle, click the document icon to open the Manage Form Bundles window for a form. At the bottom, under You can find this form in the text, you will see all the bundles that the form belongs to. Click the x next to the Bundle name to remove the form from that bundle.
Note this page only discusses My Form Bundles to learn about creating Public Form Bundles please visit How to Manage Public Form Bundles for more information.

Another way to manage Form Bundles is in the Form Basket. Select forms and add them to your cart. Click on the basket icon in the upper right corner to open your basket. At the bottom is a button to Manage Form Bundles. Click that button to display the Manage Form Bundles pop-up.
Click in the drop-down menu to find a Form Bundle you would like to add this form too, select the Form Bundle, and click UPDATE FORM BUNDLE. These forms have now been added to that bundle.
You can also create an entirely new Form Bundle here. Type the name you wish to call the new Form Bundle in the Set a new name field, and click CREATE NEW FORM BUNDLE. You have now created a new Form Bundle with these forms as its only contents. You are free to search for more forms and add them to this newly created Form Bundle later.
Edit Form Bundle Names from the FORM BUNDLES tab
