Quik! maintains a signed Forms Agreement with every vendor we receive forms from. Every vendor agrees to send the latest version of their forms to Quik! in a timely manner, and Quik! will publish updates within 10 business days (usually 3-5 days). Quik! customers rarely experience NIGO (Not In Good Order) issues due to out of date forms.
While we strive to always keep 100% of our forms updated, there are occasions when a form becomes outdated, usually because the form owner (broker/dealer, fund company, etc.) failed to send us the updated version on time. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and extra effort this causes. Please be assured we do everything we can to make sure this does not happen.
In the rare case that a user comes across a form that is outdated, we will make it the highest priority to rectify the situation - usually the same day. To notify Quik! that a form needs attention, please send at least the form name and company (and literature number or the actual PDF if possible) to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will give it our utmost attention and get back to you with a resolution within 24 hours whenever possible.
