You can search for contacts from your Redtail CRM on the ADD CLIENTS page in order to prefill forms. If you search for a name and it is not getting returned in the search results below, check for the following:
- Did you choose the correct CRM connection? The Quik! App allows users to add multiple connections to the same CRM on the Settings page. If you have added more than one, make sure you select the correct one at the beginning of the ADD CLIENTS page.
- Are you able to log in to your Redtail account with the same credentials you entered on the Settings page when you added the CRM connection? Make sure your username and password have not expired with Redtail.
- Have you verified that the contact's name that you are searching for is spelled correctly and exists as a contact in your Redtail CRM account?
If you have checked all of these and you still cannot find a Redtail CRM contact on the Add Clients page, contact Quik! support (firstname.lastname@example.org).
