Overview
As your team grows, it’s easy to scale your Quik! App account by adding new users — but before doing so, you’ll need to ensure your account has enough available licenses. Only Admins can manage licenses and users. If you don’t see the option to add licenses or users, check with your account Admin or reach out to Quik! Support.

Tips:
- You can learn more about User Roles and Permissions before you invite new users.

Licenses are added immediately and will appear on your next billing cycle.

Depending on your company's Enterprise plan, your billing may vary.

During a free trial, new licenses remain free until your trial ends.

Important: You cannot add a user without an available license. Be sure to complete this step first.
Prerequisites

You must be an Admin to access user and license settings.

Ensure your account has available licenses before adding users.
-
For Enterprise plans, contact support@quikforms.com to request additional licenses if you don’t have the ability to add them directly.
Let's get started!
Step 1: Check and Add Licenses

Click on Settings from your Dashboard or the gear icon in the top navigation bar.

Go to the My Account tab and select Manage Subscription.

Click the EDIT icon next to LICENSE.

Choose the number of licenses you need from the LICENSE QUANTITY dropdown.

Click SAVE YOUR INFO to apply the changes.
Step 2: Add a New User

Go to Settings > Admin Settings.

Click on Users.
-
Select Add New User.
-
Fill in the new user’s information using the required fields.

Click SAVE.
The new user will receive an email invitation with instructions to log into the Quik! App.

Step 3: Manage User Roles and Permissions

To edit a user’s details, click the EDIT icon next to their name.

To remove a user, click the X icon.

To change a user’s role:

Click your Profile Icon at the top left.

Go to Admin Settings > Users.

Click EDIT next to the user you want to update.

Billing & Account Management
-
To update your credit card or billing address, go to My Account > Manage Subscription.

If your account is marked INACTIVE, verify your payment details or contact support@quikforms.com.

Have a promo code? Enter it in the Billing section to apply any discounts.
