What's the Point?
As your company grows and changes, the number of Quik! licenses you need, or the product plan you need, may change as well. Quik! gives you the power to make adjustments to both of these settings for your account. See below for details.
- Click the Settings icon at the top of Quik! App to open your menu
- In Settings, go to the BILLING tab. Here you can make changes to either your Billing Info or Current Plan or cancel your account.
Configuring Billing Info
- You can change the number of licenses you pay for by clicking the pencil icon next to LICENSE QUANTITY. Click OK on the confirmation pop-up, then choose the new number of licenses you pay for. Remember, if you are on the Advanced plan, you will automatically have a bonus license added to your account at no cost (it is not included in the LICENSE QUANTITY amount). Additional licenses are added to your account immediately at no charge and will then be charged in your next recurring monthly bill. All licenses a customer adds within the free trial period are free for the remainder of the 14 days, then they will be charged accordingly. See here for more information on Billing.
- You can also change whether to pay for your account monthly or annual by clicking the pencil icon next to RATE TYPE. The Quik! accounting team will be notified of your plan change.
Configuring Current Plan
You can choose which product plan to use by clicking on the plan's name in this section, then clicking OK in the confirmation pop-up. See here for more information on the differences between plans. If you are on a monthly payment schedule, your new billing amount will be reflected in your next billing cycle. If you are on an annual payment schedule, the Quik! accounting team will contact you with the necessary billing adjustments.
If you'd like to cancel your Quik! account, click the CANCEL SERVICE button under Settings, Billing, then Account & Payment Status. In the pop-up window, confirm your request to Cancel Service. If you would like a refund, please contact Quik! Support (email@example.com) and the Quik! accounting team will work with you to refund your account.
