The Quik! App is currently available in two different product plans: Essential and Advanced. When signing up, customers select a plan, and their total billable amount will vary based on how many licenses are purchased. Each plan is billed differently--see below for a description of each plan.
Essential
- $300 per license per year if paid annually ($30 per month if paid monthly)
- Maximum of 5 licenses allowed per customer account
- Maximum of 5 users allowed per customer account
- Users share licenses concurrently (more info)
Advanced
- 1 FREE bonus license per customer account (every account begins with 1 billable and 1 free)
- Unlimited licenses allowed per customer account
- Unlimited users allowed per customer account
- Users share licenses concurrently (more info)
- Pricing for 1 billable license:
- $540 per license per year if paid annually
- $54 per license per month if paid monthly
- Pricing for 2 to 13 billable licenses:
- $480 per license per year if paid annually
- $48 per license per month if paid monthly
- Pricing for 14 to 20 billable licenses:
- $450 per license per year if paid annually
- $45 per license per month if paid monthly

For either plan:
- Payment is made to Quik! via credit card
- Free trial lasts for 14 days after initial signup
- Upon request, Quik! will build 1 of your forms at no cost for your testing and evaluation, as long as you sign up for an account at the end of your free trial (more info)
- You can purchase additional licenses in the Quik! App Settings menu (more info). Additional licenses are added to your account immediately at no charge, and will then be charged in your next recurring monthly bill. All licenses a customer adds within the free trial period are free for for remainder of the 14 days, then will be charged accordingly.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your Quik! account at any time in the Quik! App Settings menu (more info).
REFUND POLICY
Refunds for cancelled accounts are available by request. Reach out to Quik! Support (support@quikforms.com) to discuss how to receive a refund for a cancelled account. Refund details below:
If paid annually:
Full refund available within 30 days from signup
Partial refund available after 30 days from signup
If paid monthly:
Full refund for current billed month
