Quik! has mapped our fields to as many SmartOffice fields as possible. That said, you may see fields on a form that you would expect to be prefilled from SmartOffice which remains blank even after assigning a person to them on the Add People page. There are various reasons why these fields cannot be prefilled from SmartOffice, but typically it is because the SmartOffice system does not supply enough information to Quik! about these fields so that they can be correctly prefilled on a form.
