When uploading forms in Quik!Forms Manager, itโs important to select the correct priority level to ensure accurate billing and efficient processing. Each priority level determines how the form will be handled and how charges are applied to your account. This guide is for users that have a quikformsmanager.com login and have already been assigned a library.

Instructions for setting priority
1. Select the Appropriate Priority Level
When prompted to select a priority, choose one of the following options:

Medium - Standard Processing

Description: Normal processing time (typically 10 business days).

Billing Rate: Standard rate according to your contract.

Best for: Forms that are not time-sensitive.

High - Rush Priority

Description: Expedited processing (typically 1-2 business days).

Billing Rate: Higher rush fee applies.

Best for: Time-sensitive forms needed urgently.

Please do not use this priority for rush processing. If you have a rush, please choose High.

2. Review and Submit

Double-check all form information and selected priority.

Click Submit to upload your form.
You will receive a confirmation email once the form is successfully uploaded and queued for processing.

Estimate Processing Time: If you're unsure how soon you need the form, contact forms@quikforms.com for advice before selecting "Rush" or "Urgent."

Q: What happens if I select the wrong priority by mistake?
A: Contact forms@quikforms.com immediately. If processing has not yet begun, we may be able to adjust the priority and billing.
Q: How will I know if my form is delayed?
A: If for any reason we cannot process a form you uploaded as a Rush when High priority is chosen, the Forms Team will contact you.
