What's the Point?
Publishing forms makes your forms live to all users who have access to your library. If it's a brand new form to the Quik! library, it will make the Quik! Form ID active and available. If it's an update to an existing version in our system, it will immediately push the new version into production and remove access of the old version to our users.
Note: You can only publish forms that are in the Build Stage of FINAL.
- From the home screen, click on Review and Approve Forms.
- Next, select the checkbox for the form(s) you'd like to publish under the column Auto Approve and then select Submit on the right side of the screen.
- Lastly, click the Confirm button which will finalize the approval to publish the selected form(s).
If you publish a form by accident, please reach out to Quik! via firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 877-456-7845 so that we can revert it back for you.
