What's the Point?
If you have a form that is no longer used by your firm, you'll need to inactivate the form from our system so it no longer shows to our users.
- In order to make a form inactive, you first must search for the form record(s) that you wish to edit.
- Now, select the checkbox(es) for the forms you'd like to make inactive on the left side and then hit Submit on the right side.
- Scroll down to the header Quik! Form Statistics and change the form from Active to INACTIVE.
- Hit Save at the bottom of the form and this form will now be Inactive.
Note: When a form is made inactive in QFM, it will still display in there for QFM users, but not to end users trying to generate forms. If you wish to permanently DELETE the form(s) from the QFM view, please email email@example.com and request the form(s) by Quik! Form ID to be deleted out of the system.
