Overview
This article walks you through starting a Multi-Package workflow in the Quik! App—from creating the initial Multi-Package to naming and organizing the individual packages it contains. You’ll learn how to add multiple packages, set meaningful names, and understand the rules for minimum and maximum package counts before moving on to assigning forms.
Prerequisites
Docusign integration must be enabled in your account
At least two packages planned for your workflow
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Start a Multi-Package from the Dashboard
To begin a Multi-Package workflow:
From the Dashboard, click Search Forms.
On the Choose Forms screen, click Create Multi-Package.
-
In the Create Your Multi-Package window:
One package is displayed by default.
Click Add Another Package to add more (up to 10 total).
Packages are auto-named (e.g., Package 1, Package 2) but can be customized.
✅ You must define at least two packages to proceed with a Multi-Package workflow. Otherwise, the flow defaults to a standard single-package experience.
📝 Tip: You can resume any in-progress Multi-Package workflows from the Resume Workflow section on the Dashboard.
2. Name Your Multi-Package and Packages
Multi-Package Name
A default name is provided when you first create your Multi-Package.
Rename it to something meaningful to help with organization and future searches.
Package Names
Click directly on each package name to edit it.
Use clear, descriptive names that reflect the account, entity, or purpose.
Examples:
Brokerage Account – John
IRA Transfer – Sally
Trust Agreement – Family Trust
📌 Packages appear in the order they are added but can be reordered for clarity.
3. Rules: Minimum and Maximum Packages
When building a Multi-Package, the following rules apply:
Minimum required: 2 packages
Maximum allowed: 10 packages
-
Additional rules:
Your Multi-Package must have a name.
Each package must contain at least one form to proceed.
