Overview
Multi-Package is a feature in the Quik! App that lets you group multiple packages into a single Docusign envelope, so your clients can complete everything in one signing session. This is especially useful when handling multiple accounts or documents for the same household or client group.
Each package within a Multi-Package flow can have its own forms and signers, but your client receives just one email and goes through the signing experience once, saving time and reducing confusion.
📝 Docusign is currently the only supported e-signature provider. SIGNiX support is coming soon!
Key Benefits
Simplified signing: Clients receive one email and complete all forms in one session.
Flexible packaging: Each package can have different forms and signers.
No duplicate signing: A signer only signs once, even if they appear in multiple packages.
Fewer mapping conflicts: Packages stay distinct, preventing field overlap or data issues.
How It Works
Here’s a high-level look at the Multi-Package workflow:
Create Packages – Add up to 10 individually named form packages.
Add Forms – Select forms or form bundles for each package.
Add People – Assign signers and roles per package.
Review & Confirm – Double-check each package’s details.
Send for E-Sign – All packages are sent together in one Docusign envelope.
Is Multi-Package Right for You?
Multi-Package is ideal if you:
Manage multiple accounts or entities within the same client household.
