Why API?
The Quik! APIs let you connect Quik! Forms Engine directly to your own systems so you can automatically generate, pre-fill, and manage forms using your existing data. Instead of working in a separate application, you can create forms within your CRM or internal tools, reducing duplicate data entry and minimizing errors. This is a development-driven solution that allows you to build a customized experience tailored to your own platform and customer base. It helps your team work more efficiently, speeds up processing, and gives you more control over how forms are created and delivered as your business grows.
Start Here
If you're exploring Quik! APIs and want to learn more, reach out to us at support@quikforms.com and request a demo. In the meantime, feel free to browse our API Guide to get familiar with what Quik! Forms Engine can do. Our sales team will take it from there.
Here's what the process looks like from first contact to go-live:
1. Idea Meeting
To get started, email us at support@quikforms.com and request a demo of our APIs. Our sales team will schedule a meeting to discuss your needs and goals, walk you through Quik!'s background, and demonstrate our products in real time. We'll also cover pricing options, business requirements, and potential contract terms. Our goal is to scope an implementation that works for your organization and sets you up for wide adoption from day one.
2. Proof of Concept (POC) Account Creation
After your idea meeting, Quik! will set you up with an account to begin testing. This is a full production Quik! account you can use at every stage of your implementation, testing, demos, onboarding, and production use. We'll create unique Quik! credentials and send them to you. You're encouraged to explore on your own, and our sales team and technical account managers will check in with you throughout the process to answer questions and make sure you're getting what you need from the experience. A successful POC means you've seen enough to know Quik! is the right fit for your workflow.
3. From Contract to Go-Live: What to Expect
When your POC is complete, our sales team will follow up to discuss next steps and finalize a contract. Once a contract is in place, we move into implementation, during which our team's full technical resources are engaged. Implementation follows three steps:
- Kickoff Call — We'll introduce our teams, align on goals, and set expectations for the implementation ahead.
- Technical Deep Dive — Your dedicated Technical Account Manager will meet with your development team to dig into Quik! architecture, field definitions, and API specifications.
- Testing & Go-Live — Quik! will work alongside your team during testing to ensure your workflows function as expected before you go live. Once your go-live date is confirmed, notify your onboarding team so we can be ready to support you.
