Only Quik! users can use and see your forms. More specifically, who can see your forms depends on your library type. The forms are housed into Quik! libraries that are either private or public.
-
Private Libraries - Only certain approved firms/users can obtain access to the forms hosted in a private library. Customers pay for private libraries to be hosted on Quik!. We control access by utilizing a subscription process. Firms/users can only gain access if we subscribe them to the private library.
- Subscriptions - When customers provide us with their Customer ID, we can subscribe their firm/users to a private library with the approval of the private library owner. We can also subscribe firms/users to individual Form IDs if the entire library of forms is not needed/used.
- Public Libraries - All Quik! users/firms have the ability to use and access our public forms libraries. We typically do not charge to host these forms, or to use these forms. In some cases, however, depending on the customer type with Quik!, we may have to subscribe them to public libraries using the same method as private libraries, but without needing library owner approval.
