At Quik!, we know it's important to stay in the loop once your forms are submitted for review. That's why our Quik! Forms Manager (QFM) system automatically emails you the moment your forms are ready for publishing — no need to keep checking back manually.
How does the notification work?
As soon as the Quik! Forms team marks a form as Final, QFM automatically sends out an email update letting you know your forms are ready — so you don't have to log in and check manually.

What does the email say, and do I need to do anything?
You'll notice the email's subject line reads PLEASE APPROVE. What this means for you depends on how your library is set up to publish forms:
- Quik! Publishes: No action is needed on your end. We'll automatically publish the form once it moves to Final status.
- Dealer Publish: This email is your cue that the form is ready — go ahead and publish it at your leisure.
What kinds of emails will I get?
There are two separate types of emails you may receive:
- Form update notifications — let you know when a form has been finalized and is ready
- Newsletter updates — general Quik! news and announcements
These are independent of each other, so you may receive one, both, or neither.
What if I want to opt out?
If you'd rather not receive these emails, just let us know and we'll be happy to update your preferences.

This process is in place so you always have visibility into your forms without extra effort on your end:
- For you: You'll know right away when your forms are finalized and ready to use
- For Quik!: Ensures you stay informed the moment your forms are updated, without any extra steps on your part
