Let's get started
You can prefill client and professional information on your forms using the Add People tab in the Quik! App. Prefilling saves time, reduces typing errors, and helps avoid rejections or delays. This feature uses your CRM data and Quik!’s Field Definition system to assign roles to fields on forms.
This guide is for all Quik! App users who want to connect CRM data directly to their forms.
💡 Tip: If your account is not connected to a CRM, skip Add People and go straight to Finalize.

Helpful Tips
-
Adding people before launching forms is optional.
-
You can assign people even if your CRM has limited information. Blank fields stay empty if no data exists.
-
You can prefill a single form with data from multiple CRMs. Repeat steps 1–4 for each CRM.
-
Roles are dynamic. They depend on the forms in your basket. For example:
-
If your basket includes forms with 1 Owner and 3 Beneficiaries, then the roles shown will be Owner 1, Beneficiary 1, Beneficiary 2, Beneficiary 3.
-
-
Quik! supports hundreds of roles such as Owner, Beneficiary, Trustee, Minor, etc. Multiple instances of each role are labeled with numbers (e.g., Beneficiary 1, Beneficiary 2).
