At Quik!, we understand that you may occasionally need changes made to your forms. However, we are unable to modify or redesign forms on your behalf.
What counts as a “modification”?
Modifications and content editing include (but are not limited to):
- Adding pages to a PDF
- Removing pages from a PDF
- Reorganizing or rearranging pages within a PDF
Even small changes like these can impact compliance or approval status, so they are not permitted.
Why is this the case?
Many forms are regulated and must be approved by specific governing authorities. Any unauthorized changes to these forms could result in:
- Rejection by regulatory agencies
- Compliance issues
- Licensing or legal conflicts
- Copyright violations
Because we do not have visibility into which forms are regulated or restricted, we cannot safely make edits without risking these outcomes.
Protecting You and Your Business
This policy is in place to protect both you and Quik!:
- For you: Ensures your forms remain compliant and valid for submission
- For Quik!: Prevents us from making changes in areas where we cannot guarantee regulatory or legal accuracy
Public Libraries and Form Providers
For public-facing libraries, all forms are provided to Quik! directly by approved form providers. These forms are:
- Posted exactly as received
- Not modified in any way by Quik!
Because of this, we are unable to make any changes to these forms.
**PLEASE NOTE: These conditions also apply to private libraries for end-user customers of Quik! as form design and modification fall outside our scope of services regardless of the type of library.
If any form design/content changes need to be made, once you have an approved, finalized version of the form, please send it to us and we will be happy to post it to your library.
