To use the Salesforce integration with Quik!, you must store your client data as Person Accounts in Salesforce, rather than Contacts. Person Accounts are intended for B2C organizations and are more often used in financial services than Contacts. Quik! has mapped our fields to as many Salesforce Person Account fields as possible. That said, you may see fields on a form that you would expect to be prefilled from Salesforce, which remains blank even after assigning a person to them on the Add Clients page. There are various reasons why these fields cannot be prefilled from Salesforce, but typically it is because the Salesforce system does not supply enough information to Quik! about these fields so that they can be correctly prefilled on a form.
The list of fields that can be prefilled from Salesforce (assuming you have client data entered for them in Salesforce) can be found below. This list is subject to change with future releases of the Quik! App.
