Many organizations maintain their client information in CRM systems such as Advyzon. One of the big benefits of using Quik! is the ability to prefill your CRM data on a form automatically. This means you don't have to manually type information you already know, and you can use that saved time to focus on what really matters.

Overview
The Quik! integration with Advyzon allows you to automatically prefill forms with client data from your CRM, saving you time and reducing manual entry errors. This guide is for Advyzon users with a Quik! account who want to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) and API access between both platforms.

Prerequisites
- An active Advyzon account
- An active Quik! App account (Sign up here)
- Permission to modify Partner Integrations in Advyzon
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Log in to Advyzon
- Sign in using your Advyzon credentials.
2. Navigate to Partner Integrations
- Go to Settings > Partner Integrations.
3. Enable the Quik! Integration
- Find Quik! in the list and toggle it ON.
4. Authenticate Your Quik! Account
- When prompted, enter your Quik! App Username and authenticate your account.
5. Update Integration Settings
In the Update Integration Settings window:
- Toggle Single Sign On to ON.
- Toggle API Access to ON.
- Enter

in the Customer ID field. - Click Save.
6. Configure Data Mapping Preferences
- Set your preferred data fields to sync between Advyzon and Quik!.
7. Confirm the Connection
- Return to the Partner Integrations section.
- Confirm the Quik! integration now shows as Connected.
✅ That’s it! Your Quik! account is now successfully integrated with Advyzon.
Helpful Tips & Extras
- Once integrated, Quik! can automatically pull client data from Advyzon when filling forms.
- You only need to set this up once per organization.
- API Access enables automated data syncing and improves efficiency.
Sending Client Data from Advyzon to Quik!
Once your integration is connected, you can easily send client data from Advyzon to Quik!:
- Go to the Client Profile in your Advyzon account.
- Click the three-dot (•••) menu in the top-right corner.
- Hover over "Send To," then select "QUIK!" from the list.
This action automatically pushes the client’s data into your Quik! App for form prefill.

Using the Quik! App with Advyzon Integration
Now that your client data is in Quik!, follow these steps to streamline form creation:

Select Forms
Click the Choose Forms icon to add forms to your basket. -
Client Data Assignment
Normally, you'd manually assign people under the Add People tab. With Advyzon integration, this step is automated, saving time and reducing errors. -
Review Forms
Navigate to the Finalize tab to double-check form details and assignments. -
Launch Forms
Click Launch Forms to open your pre-filled documents in a new window, ready for delivery or signature.

- Use favorites and bundles to speed up form selection.
- Confirm all data mapping preferences during setup to ensure the correct fields are prefilled.
Troubleshooting
1. Launch Forms Not Working
If clicking the Launch Forms button doesn’t open your forms:
- Make sure your browser allows pop-ups from quikformsapp.com.
- Adjust your browser’s pop-up blocker settings if needed.
2. Client Data Not Coming Over
If client data isn’t transferring properly from Advyzon to Quik!:
- Log out of any open Quik! App tabs.
- Refresh your Advyzon (or other integration) platform.
- Retry sending the data to Quik!.
⚠️ This often happens when you're already signed in to Quik! in another tab, which can cause an SSO authentication conflict.
