Let's get started
You can connect your SmartOffice CRM account to Quik! to prefill forms with your existing client data. This saves time and reduces manual entry. The integration supports multiple CRM connections and is available to all users with access to the Quik! Dashboard.

Prerequisites

A valid SmartOffice CRM account

Quik! user access with permission to manage integrations

The Quik Forms License enabled in SmartOffice (see Troubleshooting)
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Start the Connection

Go to your Dashboard in Quik!.

Click the CRMs icon.

Select Add New Connection.

Choose SmartOffice from the list.
2. Fill in the Connection Details
Enter information in the following fields:

Connection Name: Give your connection a unique name. Example: Joe’s SmartOffice Account.

Enter Office: Type the office name from your SmartOffice account.

Enter User Name: Enter your SmartOffice username.

Connection Visibility: Choose:
-
Public: All users in your organization can use it.
-
Private: Only you can use it.

3. Test the Connection

Click Test Connection.
-
If the username or office is incorrect, the test will fail.

If the test succeeds, you’ll see a confirmation message.
4. Finalize the Connection

Click Add to save the connection.

Check your SmartOffice email for a verification message.

If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.

Open the email and click Verify Email.
Important:
Until you click Verify Email, the connection stays inactive and won’t work on the Add People page.
5. Manage Your Connection

All active CRM connections appear under CRM & Data Sources.

Click the Edit icon to change a connection.

Click the X icon to delete it.

Use your connection in the Add People page to prefill forms.
📝 Helpful Tips & Extras

You can connect multiple CRM accounts. Use clear names to manage them easily.

If you see a browser error saying "DataSource connection could not be found" after clicking Verify Email, it’s usually a false error.

If you can’t prefill forms after this error, contact Quik! Support.

Q: Why am I seeing the error "Could not retrieve SmartOffice Authentication Details"?
A: Check that the Quik Forms License is enabled in SmartOffice.
Go to User Accounts > User Rights in your SmartOffice settings and confirm the license is checked.
