If an existing form needs to be updated:
Navigate to: Upload New Forms → Upload New Version
Search for the form ID or browse your library.
Select the form record.
Upload the new PDF.
Choose processing priority

Rush requests may incur additional fees. Rush options are only available if you are a customer, and not a forms provider.
Enter the Requested Due Date.
This determines when the form should be published, not when it will be built.

7. Choose File. This will prompt your files explorer to open and you can select your desired PDF.
Click Save.
After uploading, the form enters the build process.
To add a completely new form to your library:
Navigate to Upload New Forms
Select Add New Form
Enter form metadata

Select priority from the dropdown menu (Medium, High)
Medium - Standard processing (~10 business days)
High - Rush processing (~24–48 hours)
Enter Requested Due Date
Upload the PDF through the Choose File button where your file explorer will open
Save
Required information includes:
form name
literature number
revision date
PDF file
The forms team will build the form and prepare it for publishing. If you need to know the Quik! form ID for your newly added form, reach out to forms@quikforms.com.
