How to Publish Forms for Dealer Publish Libraries

Please Note: Publishing Forms (Only Applicable If Library Is Set To Dealer Publish)

Once a form is built, it enters Final status.

Users whose library are set to Dealer Publish (meaning Quik! does not automatically publish new forms and updates prior to your review) can check and publish forms using:

Review and Approve Forms Under Manage Forms on Home Page

You can publish without testing, or publish with testing.

Steps For Publishing without Testing:

1. You can approve forms without checking/testing by using the Auto-Approve checkbox on the form record.

2. Click Submit.

3. Click Confirm.

Steps For Publishing WITH Testing:

1. Test form by checking Approve/Review

2. Click Submit.

3. Test PDF brings up your form in HTML for review/testing.

4. Click Approve or Reject.

Once approved, the form becomes live in production.

If a form requires changes, it can be rejected, which sends it back to the forms team for revision. Please email forms@quikforms.com for changes/revisions required.
