Shows:
how often forms are used
which forms are most frequently accessed
Forms Usage by Month Report
Displays form usage trends over time.
Detail Report
Exports the entire forms library into Excel including:
form ID
form name
publish date
revision date
build status
state availability
Field Names By Form Report
Lists all fields mapped within forms.
This report is useful for teams integrating forms via API because it shows which field names appear on each page of each form.
