💡 Tip: For details on preparing forms, see How to Send a Form for E-Signature in the Quik! App.
Step-by-Step Instructions
-
Launch the form you want to send.
-
Click Sign to open the pop-up window.
-
On the Prepare to Sign screen, locate the Order column.
-
Set the delivery order using numbers:
-
Enter lower numbers (like 1) for recipients who should receive the form first.
-
Use higher numbers for recipients who should receive the form later.
-
You can assign the same number to multiple recipients to send the form to them at the same time.
-
📝 Helpful Tips & Extras
-
Flexible numbering: You can use any numbers in any order. DocuSign uses the numeric sequence to determine delivery, not the position in the list.
-
Simultaneous delivery: Recipients with the same order number will receive the form at the same time.
-
Duplicate emails allowed with unique names:
-
The same email can appear multiple times if each role has a different name.
-
Identical names and emails are not allowed for multiple roles.
-
-
How DocuSign handles same emails:
-
If the same email appears in multiple roles with different order values, separate emails will be sent for each role.
-
If the same email appears in multiple roles with the same order value, one email will request signatures for all assigned roles.
