Quik! has mapped our fields to as many AdvisorEngine fields as possible. That said, customers may see fields on a form that they would expect to be prefilled from AdvisorEngine which remains blank even after assigning a person to them on the Add Clients page. There are various reasons why these fields cannot be prefilled from AdvisorEngine, but typically it is because the AdvisorEngine system does not supply enough information to Quik! about these fields so that they can be correctly prefilled on a form.
