Connecting your AdvisorEngine CRM to Quik! allows you to prefill forms automatically with your existing client data. This saves time and reduces manual entry. This guide is for users who manage client records in AdvisorEngine and want to streamline form creation in Quik!.

Prerequisites

Active AdvisorEngine CRM account

Individual user profile in AdvisorEngine

Quik! App user account
⚠️ Each AdvisorEngine user profile can connect to only one Quik! App user. Each Quik! App user can also connect to only one AdvisorEngine profile.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Start a New CRM Connection

Click the CRMs icon on your Quik! Dashboard.

Click Add New Integration.

Select AdvisorEngine from the list.
2. Set Connection Details

In the Connection Name field, enter a label to identify the account.

Example: Joe’s AdvisorEngine Account

Use something descriptive, especially if you plan to connect more than one CRM.

In the Connection Visibility dropdown, choose one:

Public: Available to all users in your organization
-
Private: Only available to you
-

Click Add Connection.
3. Log Into AdvisorEngine

A pop-up window will appear: Log in to your account.

Enter your AdvisorEngine credentials.

Click Login.
The window will close automatically. You will see the AdvisorEngine connection listed in your CRM & Data Sources.
Helpful Tips & Extras

Use the Edit button to rename or change visibility settings.

Click the X icon to delete a connection.

Once added, connections appear on the Add People page where you can select AdvisorEngine as a data source for form prefills.
