Let's get started
Many organizations maintain their client information in a CRM, such as AdvisorEngine. One of the big benefits of using Quik! is the ability to prefill your CRM data on a form automatically. This means you don't have to type information that you already know manually, and you can use that saved time to focus on what really matters. Connect your AdvisorEngine CRM account to Quik! for a seamless flow of data from your CRM database directly onto the forms you launch.
How To
Click on the CRMs icon on your Dashboard. From there, click on Add New Connection. Then choose AdvisorEngine.
Note: Every user must have their own User Profile which can be found in AdvisorEngine under Settings/User Profiles. Each user profile can only connect to ONE Quik! App User. Also, each Quik! App User can connect to only ONE AE Profile.
Here you need to enter information in the Connection Name field:
- CONNECTION NAME: Name your connection here. Since Quik! supports the ability to connect to multiple CRM accounts, you will need to give each a descriptive name so that you know which is which. For example, "Joe's AdvisorEngine Account."
- CONNECTION VISIBILITY: Select from the dropdown if you would like your CRM connection to be Public (Available To All Users) or Private (Available Only To You)
- Click the ADD CONNECTION button
An AdvisorEngine "Log in to your account" window will pop up. In this window, enter your credentials and click on Login
.
The window will close automatically, and you will see the AdvisorEngine connection has been added to your Quik! Account.
All active connections listed in the CRM & Data Sources block can be edited with the EDIT button and deleted with the x icon. Once added, connections can be selected on the ADD PEOPLE page to prefill your forms. See How to Add People for more details.
