Print Editable PDF

The Print Editable PDF feature lets you download a completed form as a fillable PDF. This is useful if you want to save, email, or further edit the form outside of Quik!. This article is for all users working in the FINALIZE stage of form processing.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to the FINALIZE page.

   • The Print Editable PDF option is turned on by default.

2. Launch the form.

3. Click the Print button in the Quik! Form Viewer.

   • The form downloads as a PDF file.

4. Open the PDF on your device.

   • This file includes all entered data and matches the HTML version of the form.

   • You can edit fields, save the file, print it, or attach it to an email.

Optional: Turn Off Editable PDFs

If you want to prevent users from editing the downloaded PDF:

1. Uncheck the Print Editable PDF box on the FINALIZE page.

2. The form will download as a locked PDF. Field data remains visible but cannot be edited.
