This article is for all Quik! users, especially Admins and IT teams, who need to monitor system availability or stay updated on new releases.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Check Live System Status

Visit the Quik! Status Page.

View the real-time status indicator banner at the top (e.g., All Systems Operational).

Below, you'll find a detailed list of services like Quik! App and API, each with individual status labels.
2. Review Past Incidents

Scroll to the Past Incidents section.

Each entry shows:

Description of the issue

Resolution and status

Click on an incident to expand full details, including updates during the resolution process.
3. Explore Release Notes and Feature Updates

Navigate to the Release Notes or Product Updates section of the page.

Each update includes a date stamp and summary for quick scanning.
4. Subscribe for Email Updates

On the status page, click the Subscribe to Updates button (top-right).

In the pop-up window, enter your email address.

Click Subscribe via Email.

You’ll now receive notifications when Quik!:

Creates a new incident

Posts an update to an existing issue

Resolves an incident
