If you're looking to upload forms to the Quik! platform, this guide walks you through the different scenarios and steps based on your company’s relationship with the form. This process applies to all form contacts who want to add forms, whether it's for your own company, another company, or a new setup altogether.
Prerequisites

You must be the designated form contact for your company or have authorization from the form owner.

Have access to the form file (PDF format recommended).

Prepare key details: Your Name, Company, Form Title, Email Address.
Step-by-Step Instructions
📁 Scenario 1: Uploading Your Company’s Forms (Existing Library)
If your company already has a form library on Quik!:

Open your email client.

Compose a new message to forms@quikforms.com.

In the email, include:

Your Name

Your Company
-
Form Title
-
Your Email Address
-

Attach the form file (PDF preferred).

Click Send.
✅ Our forms team will build the form within 10 business days.
🆕 Scenario 2: Creating a New Library for Your Company
If your company doesn’t yet have a form library on Quik!:

Email forms@quikforms.com.

In your message, indicate that you'd like to set up a new form library for your company.

Include your Name, Company, Library Name.
🔄 Scenario 3: Uploading a Form That Belongs to Another Company
If the form belongs to a different company:

Email forms@quikforms.com with:

The form file
-
The company name that owns the form
-

Wait for the Quik! team to obtain permission from that company’s form contact.
✅ If approved: We'll upload it.
🚫 If denied:
You have the following option:

Upload to your personal library.

Accept responsibility for all build fees and ongoing maintenance.
🚫 Scenario 4: No Existing Library in Quik! (Third-Party Company)
If there’s no existing form library and you’d like Quik! to host forms from another company:

Email forms@quikforms.com.

Include:

The form file
-
A contact name and phone number at the third-party company.

Our team will attempt to build a relationship and gain permission.
🔁 Alternatively: You can upload the form to your own personal library.

You’ll be responsible for building fees and maintaining the document.
