Overview
If you're experiencing an issue where forms fail to load after clicking the Launch Forms button, it’s often due to a browser-related issue or loading too many forms at once. This guide walks you through step-by-step troubleshooting to resolve the issue quickly.
Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
1. Clear Your Browser Cache
A corrupted or outdated browser cache may prevent forms from loading properly.
For Google Chrome:
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Go to More Tools > Clear Browsing Data.
- Under the Basic tab, check Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data, then restart your browser.
For Microsoft Edge:
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
- Check Cached images and files, then click Clear now.
2. Reduce the Number of Forms You're Launching
If you're trying to launch a large number of forms at once, it may exceed the system timeout.
- Try launching fewer forms to test if they load correctly.
- If they do, consider breaking your bundle into smaller groups.
3. Try a Different Browser
If clearing the cache and reducing the form count doesn’t work:
- Switch to an alternate supported browser (e.g., if you're using Chrome, try Edge, or vice versa).
- Reattempt launching the forms.
4. Contact Support with Details
If the issue persists, please email support@quikforms.com and include:
- A list of the forms you tried to load & the total number of forms you attempted
- A screenshot would work perfectly.
This helps us test the issue and adjust system timeout settings if necessary.
