The Print Editable PDF option lets you generate a PDF with editable fields. This is helpful when you need to make final changes after exporting a form. If the option is left unchecked, the PDF will be read-only.
This article applies to all users using the FINALIZE page in the Quik! Form Viewer.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to the FINALIZE page in the Quik! Form Viewer.

2. Check the box for Print Editable PDF.

   • This allows you to edit fields after printing the form to PDF.

   • The checkbox stays selected after you click it.

3. Click the Print button.

   • If the box is checked, the PDF will allow field editing.

   • If the box is not checked, the PDF will be locked. All fields will be read-only.
