You can reset a form at any time using the Reset button in the Quik! Form Viewer. This clears all fields you filled in manually but keeps the original pre-filled data.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Open your form in the Quik! Form Viewer.

Click the Reset button at the top of the form.

Confirm the reset if prompted.
What happens next:

All manually entered data is removed.

Any pre-filled data from the original launch remains.
