You can search for contacts from your Redtail CRM on the Add Clients page to prefill forms. If your search doesn’t return a contact you expect to see, review the checklist below.

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
If a Redtail contact isn’t showing in your search results, check the following:

Confirm the correct CRM connection is selected.

Go to the Home screen in the Quik! App.

Tap the CRM option to view your connected CRMs.

If you have multiple Redtail connections, make sure the right one is selected on the Add Clients page.

Verify your Redtail login credentials.

Log in directly to your Redtail CRM account using the same credentials.

Make sure your Redtail username and password have not expired or changed.

Check the spelling and existence of the contact.

Confirm the name you’re searching for is spelled correctly.

Make sure the contact exists in your Redtail CRM.
