To use the Salesforce integration with Quik!, you can store your client data as Person Accounts or Contacts in Salesforce. Quik! has mapped our fields to as many Salesforce Person Account and Contact fields as possible. That said, you may see fields on a form that you would expect to be prefilled from Salesforce, which remains blank even after assigning a person to them on the Add Clients page. There are various reasons why these fields cannot be prefilled from Salesforce, but typically, the Salesforce system does not supply enough information to Quik! about these fields so that they can be correctly prefilled on a form.
