Many organizations keep client information in a CRM, such as Wealthbox. One of the key benefits of using Quik! is the ability to automatically prefill CRM data onto forms. This eliminates the need to manually re-enter information you already have, allowing you to focus on what matters most.
By connecting your Wealthbox CRM account to Quik!, you’ll enable a seamless flow of data from your CRM database directly into the forms you launch.
How to Connect Wealthbox CRM

Access CRM Connections

On your Dashboard, click the CRMs icon.

Select Add New Connection.

Choose Wealthbox.

Enter Connection Details

Connection Name: Provide a descriptive name for the connection.

Example: Joe’s Wealthbox Account.

This is especially useful if you plan to connect multiple CRM accounts.

Connection Visibility:
-
Public – Available to all users.
-
Private – Available only to you.
-

Click Add.
-

Log In to Wealthbox

A Wealthbox login window will appear.

Enter your Wealthbox Admin credentials.

Click Log in to Wealthbox.

Confirm Connection
-
The window will close automatically.

You’ll see the new Wealthbox connection listed in your Quik! account.

Managing CRM Connections

All active connections are displayed in the CRM & Data Sources block.

You can:

Edit a connection using the edit icon.

Delete a connection using the x icon.

Once added, connections can be selected on the Add People page to prefill forms. For detailed instructions, see How to Add People.
