How to Reactivate Your Quik! App Account
If you see a red dot 🔴 after opening the menu in your Quik! App or cannot launch forms, your account is inactive. You can reactivate it in a few steps. This guide is for users with individual Quik! App accounts.

Prerequisites

Access to the Quik! App

A valid credit or debit card

Individual (non-Enterprise) account
Step-by-Step Instructions

Open the Quik! App on your device.

Click Settings, then select My Account under the Manage Subscription tab.

Click Add a Credit or Debit Card.

Enter your Card Number, Expiration Date, and CVV.

Click Add to save the card.

After saving your card, click Reactivate.
You’ll now see a green dot 🟢 in the menu. This confirms your account is active.
