How to Reactivate Your Quik! App Account
If you can't launch forms or see a red dot 🔴 after clicking the hamburger menu in the top-left corner of your Quik! App, it means your account is currently inactive. Don’t worry—it’s easy to reactivate!
Note: If your account is linked to an Enterprise Quik! App account, please contact support@quikforms.com before entering your billing information.
Steps to Reactivate Your Account:
- Click the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-left corner of Quik! App to open your options.
- Under Settings, click on My Account under the Billing tab.
- Click Add a Credit or Debit Card, enter your card details (Card Number, Expiration Date, and CVV), then click Add.
- Once your billing information is updated, click Reactivate.
Your account is now reactivated! A green dot 🟢 will replace the red dot, confirming that your account is active again.
