If you log into your Quik! App and see a red dot🔴in the top right-hand corner. Your Quik! App account has been canceled and is no longer active.
Don't worry! It's really easy to make your account active again.
Note: If your account is affiliated with an Enterprise Quik! App account, please reach out to email@example.com before entering your billing information.
Follow the steps outlined below to 'Reactivate' your account.
- Click the Settings icon at the top of Quik! App to open your menu
- In Settings, go to the BILLING tab. Here you can 'Add a Credit or Debit Card.'
- Now enter your 'Card Number', Expiration, and 'CVV' information and click 'Add'
After you have updated or entered your billing information you can click the'Reactivate' button.
Now you're account is all set! You will see a green dot in your Billing tab and in the top right-hand corner of your Quik! App account.
