Let's get started
As your company grows and evolves, your needs for Quik! licenses and product plans may change. Quik! allows you to easily adjust both of these settings for your account. Please take a look below for details.
How To
Click the Settings icon at the top of Quik! App to open your menu or tap the Settings icon.
In Settings, go to the My Account tab and then Billing.
You can change your Billing Info or Current Plan or cancel your account here.
1. License: Keeping it updated ensures you can always access the software and your forms without any problems
- You can change the number of licenses you pay for by clicking the EDIT icon next to LICENSE.
- Change the number of licenses by clicking on the LICENSE QUANTITY dropdown.
- After you've made changes, click SAVE YOUR INFO or choose Cancel and exit editing.
- Important Note: Additional licenses are added to your account immediately at no charge and will then be charged in your next recurring monthly bill.
- All licenses added within the free trial period are free for the remainder of the 14 days. After the trial period, your account will be charged accordingly. See here for more information on Billing.
- Want to change your Rate Type?
- You can also change whether to pay for your account monthly or annually by clicking the EDIT icon next to the License. The Quik! accounting team will be notified of your plan change.
2. Promo Codes: Enter a promotional code here to gain access to special benefits.
- You can enter a unique code designated for discounts or associate your account with an Enterprise account.
- The Quik! team manages these codes. If you need a code, please contact our support team at support@quikforms.com.
3. Account & Payment Status
- In this section, you can see if your account is active or inactive by clicking the green Active.
- If your account is showing inactive, you may need to ADD A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. Or update your credit card.
- If your account is marked as INACTIVE and it's on an Enterprise plan, please contact support to reactivate it as soon as possible.
4. Billing Address
- Click on the EDIT button to make changes to your Billing address.
5. Your Plan
- You can choose which product plan to use by clicking on the plan's name in this section, then clicking CONFIRM or Cancel in the confirmation pop-up. See here for more information on the differences between plans.
- Your new billing amount will be reflected in your next billing cycle.
Cancel Service
If you'd like to cancel your Quik! account, click the CANCEL SERVICE button under Account & Payment Status. In the pop-up window, confirm your request to Cancel Service.

Refund Policy
Refunds for canceled accounts are available by request. Reach out to Quik! Support (support@quikforms.com) to discuss how to receive a refund for a canceled account. Refund details are below:
If paid annually:
Full refund available within 30 days from signup
Partial refund is available after 30 days from signup
If paid monthly:
Full refund for the current billed month
