Premium (Volume Pricing)

- Unlimited licenses allowed per customer account
- Unlimited users allowed per customer account
- Payment is made to Quik! via credit card
- The free trial lasts for 14 days after the initial signup
- You can purchase additional licenses in the Quik! App visit Settings>My Account>Manage Subscription tab (more info). Additional licenses are added to your account immediately at no charge and will be billed on your next invoice. All licenses added during the free trial period remain free for the remainder of the 14-day period. After the trial, your account will be charged accordingly.
Enterprise (Volume Pricing)
For pricing on accounts with more than 20 licenses, please contact us.
Cancelation Policy
You can cancel your Quik! account at any time in the Quik! App Settings menu.

Refund Policy
Refunds for canceled accounts are available by request. Reach out to Quik! Support (support@quikforms.com) to discuss how to receive a refund for a canceled account. Refund details are below:
If paid annually:
Full refund available within 30 days from signup
Partial refund is available after 30 days from signup
If paid monthly:
Full refund for the current billed month
