Let's get started
You can update your subscription settings in the Quik! App, including license quantity, billing info, plan type, and promo codes. You can also cancel your account or request a refund.

Prerequisites

Admin or Owner access to the Quik! App

Active internet connection

Logged into your Quik! account
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open Subscription Settings

Click the Settings icon at the top of the Quik! App.

Go to the My Account tab.

Click Manage Subscription.
2. Update License Quantity

Click the Edit icon next to License.
-
Use the License Quantity dropdown to select how many licenses you need.

Click Save Your Info or Cancel to discard changes.
Note:

Extra licenses are activated immediately. Charges will appear on your next monthly bill.

If you're still in the free trial, added licenses stay free for the remainder of the 14-day trial.
3. Change Billing Frequency

Click the Edit icon next to License.

Select Monthly or Annual billing.

Your request will notify the Quik! accounting team.
4. Apply a Promo Code
-
Enter your code in the Promo Code field.

Promo codes can provide discounts or connect your account to an Enterprise plan.

5. Check or Update Account & Payment Status
-
View your account status by clicking Active (green).

If your status shows Inactive:
-
Click Add a Credit or Debit Card or update your card info.

For Enterprise accounts, contact support to reactivate.

6. Edit Billing Address
-
Click the Edit button next to Billing Address.

Update the address as needed.
7. Change Your Product Plan

Click the name of your current plan.
-
Confirm by clicking Confirm or select Cancel.
8. Cancel Your Account
-
Scroll to Account & Payment Status.
-
Click Cancel Service.
-
Confirm your cancellation in the pop-up window.

Refund Policy
Refunds are available by request through support@quikforms.com.
If paid annually:

Full refund within 30 days of signup
-
Partial refund after 30 days
If paid monthly:

Full refund for the current billed month
