About
When using our Quantity Feature to launch forms, it's essential to understand our naming convention for the E-Signature pop-up window. This article describes how our naming convention works when signing forms using our Quantity Feature.
How-To
When using the Quik! App and selecting "Quantity = 3" to launch a form, the E-Signature pop-up window will display as follows:
The extensions of "-1" and "-2" at the end of each role indicate which copy of the form is being referred to.
In this case:
- John Doe (Owner 1) will be asked to sign the first copy of the form
- Peter Parker (Owner 1-1) will be asked to sign the second copy of the form
- Morgan Freeman (Owner 1-2) will be asked to sign the third copy of the form
Please note that additional signers, such as Owner 1-1 and Owner 1-2 from the example above, will not be pre-filled in the E-Signature pop-up window. This is why it's important to understand our naming convention, as it will enable you to accurately assign each person to their designated role.
