Let's get started
Quik! maintains a library of over 35,000 forms across hundreds of companies. While having this many forms at your fingertips is powerful, it can also be tedious to search for a single form at any given time. Also, you may not care about the vast majority of our forms if your firm only uses a handful of companies. Followed Companies is a feature that saves you time by reducing the amount of 'noise' you need to search through when choosing forms.
How To
On the home screen click on the SEARCH FORMS icon, navigate to the ALL tab. Click the arrow in the Companies drop-down to view a list of all companies* whose forms are accessible to you in the Quik! App.
To the left of each company name, there is a white (unfilled) star. Companies with unfilled stars indicate that the company is not currently followed by your account. To follow a company, click the star, which will fill it with a gold color. The company is now displayed with a gold star in both the ALL tab, and the adjacent FOLLOWED COMPANIES tab. You may follow as many companies as you'd like, and each will be displayed in the Companies list of the FOLLOWED COMPANIES tab. Again, the purpose of this tab is to reduce the need to search through the complete list of companies that Quik! offers in the ALL tab, so you can focus on the forms you care about in your FOLLOWED COMPANIES tab.
*Note: By default, the ALL tab only displays the public form companies that Quik! offers. In addition to public libraries, Quik! also maintains many private libraries with various levels of access, available by request and approval only. If you would like to know if Quik! has forms that may only be listed privately, please contact us with the list of form companies in question, and we will inform you whether or not they are available for your organization to use. If you are approved for access to any private companies, the Quik! Support team will make those companies' forms available in your account in the ALL tab as well.
