When Quik updates a form bundle on the backend and publishes it, the changes do not apply to any work already in progress. This is to protect your data and ensure nothing is disrupted mid-process.
What Is Not Updated
Any bundle already in progress will stay on the version it was started with. This includes:
- Saved forms with data already entered
- Bundles sent out for signature
- Bundles you are actively filling out at the time of the update
What Gets Updated Automatically
- Your Form Bundles section in the app will reflect the latest version automatically
- Any new bundle or workflow you start after the update will use the latest form version
💡 Tip: If you need to use the latest version of a form, simply start a new bundle from your Form Bundles section.
