The Application Logo is the image displayed in the top-left corner of the Quik! App.
The Form Viewer Logo is the image displayed in the top-left corner of the Quik! Form Viewer, visible on all forms launched from your Quik! App account.
Follow these steps to add or update either logo:

Tap the Settings icon on your Dashboard.

Select App Settings.

Click on Themes.

On the Themes screen, you will see options to upload an image for both the Form Viewer Logo and the Application Logo.
