Let's get started
Form Bundles help you save time by grouping forms you frequently use together. Instead of launching forms one by one, you can launch an entire group with a single search. This guide walks you through how to search for and select Form Bundles in the CHOOSE FORMS tab.
This article is for all Quik! App users.
Prerequisites

You must have access to the Form Bundles feature.

Some bundles may be restricted to Admins.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open the Form Bundles tab

From the Home screen, click the Form Bundles icon.

You will see three tabs at the top: CHOOSE FORMS, ADD PEOPLE, and LAUNCH.

Make sure you are on the CHOOSE FORMS tab.
2. Choose a search type
You have two options: My Form Bundles and Public Form Bundles.
My Form Bundles

Click the My Form Bundles field.

Use the dropdown or start typing to search.

Click a bundle to view the included forms on the right.
Public Form Bundles

Click the Public Form Bundles field.

Use the dropdown or start typing to search.

Click a bundle to view the included forms on the right.
Public Form Bundles are created by Admins and shared across your company.
3. Manage search results

After selecting a bundle, the Form Bundle tag appears above the form list.

Click the X on a tag to remove it.

Click Clear all to reset the search.

Use List View or Icon View to change how results appear.

Sort results using the dropdown filters.
4. Review and continue

The selected bundle automatically adds its forms to your form basket (cart icon in the top-right corner).

Once forms are selected, move to the next step:

Click ADD PEOPLE to assign recipients.

Or click LAUNCH to send the forms.
