Let's get started

Form Bundles can save you time by grouping together forms that you often launch together. Say you have a package of 3 forms that every new client needs to fill out. You can create a Form Bundle that includes these 3 forms. Now, instead of searching for each of these 3 forms individually every time you send them to a new client, you can perform a single search to return the group and get to launching forms faster.

How To

From the home screen, click on the Form Bundles icon. You will now see 3 tabs across the top of the page indicating the 3 main steps of this process: CHOOSE FORMS, ADD PEOPLE, and LAUNCH. This help page describes how to use the CHOOSE FORMS tab.

Make sure you have selected the FORM BUNDLES tab to perform a Form Bundle Search.

You now have 2 options to search for forms: My Form Bundles, and Public Form Bundles.

• My Form Bundles: Click on the My Form Bundles field to see a drop-down of all the Form Bundles you have created. You can either type into the field to narrow down the list or simply scroll through the drop-down to select a Form Bundles. Either way, once you click on a Form Bundle, you will see all of their forms displayed on the right.
  
  
• Public Form Bundles: Click on the Public Form Bundles field to see a drop-down of all the Form Bundles that have been created and assigned by an Admin to your company account. These Form Bundles are visible to all users in your company account and typically consist of bundles of forms that are commonly used across your enterprise. You can either type into the field to narrow down the list or simply scroll through the drop-down to select a Form Bundles. Either way, once you click on a Form Group, you will see all of their forms displayed on the right. 

Every time you search for a Form Bundle, you will see that Form Bundle tag above the list of forms on the right. Click the X on each Form Bundle tag to remove it from your search results, or remove them all with the Clear all button. Search results can be sorted by many different fields, and displayed in both List View and Icon View. 

Once you select a bundle, the forms it contains are automatically added to your forms basket, which can be found in the upper right corner of the page at the cart icon. After selecting the bundle, you have the option to navigate to the other tabs (ALL and FOLLOWED COMPANIES)

Once you have searched for and selected your forms, it is time to move on to either ADD PEOPLE or LAUNCH by clicking on the tabs at the top.
