Saved forms let you pause work and return later without losing progress. You access them from the Quik! App home page. This guide is for all Quik! App users who need to find and manage saved forms.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Open the Quik! App.
Click the Quik! icon at the top center of your screen to go to the home page. -
Locate the Resume Workflow section
Under that you will see Recent Forms as well as Saved Forms.Note: If you don’t see the button, your browser may be zoomed in. Press CTRL + – (minus sign) to zoom out.
📝 Helpful Tips & Extras

Storage Limit: Saved forms stay in your account for 180 days. After that, they’re deleted automatically. Each form shows an expiration date.

Read-Only After Signature Sent:
Once a form is sent for signature, it becomes read-only in the Resume Workflow section.
You can still print the form as a PDF and send it manually. You won't be able to resubmit it for signature through the app. -
Form Encryption:
When you save a form, Quik! stores its data on secure servers. Each field is individually encrypted. This protects sensitive information—even if entered manually or pulled from a CRM. -
Version Updates:
If the form ID is updated by the Quik! Forms Team while your form is saved, the latest version will load when you re-open it. Your field data stays intact.
