Let's get started
Public Form Bundles help you group multiple forms so users can launch them together. Instead of selecting individual forms each time, you search for one bundle. Public Bundles are visible to all users in your account and are created by Admins.
This article shows how to create, modify, and delete Public Form Bundles using different areas of the Quik! Forms App.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Create or Modify Public Form Bundles from Search Results

Use the search bar to find a form.

In the results panel on the right, locate the form you want.

Click the document icon (between the blue Select button and the eye icon).

In the Manage Form Bundles window, review existing bundle information.
To create a new Public Form Bundle:

Click the Public toggle under Create a new form bundle.

Enter a name in the Set a new name field.

Click CREATE NEW FORM BUNDLE.
The new Public Form Bundle is now available to all users.
To add a form to an existing Public Bundle:

Click the SHOW PUBLIC GROUPS toggle.

Open the drop-down and select a bundle.

Click UPDATE FORM BUNDLE.
Remove Forms from a Public Bundle

Search for the form and click the document icon.

In the Manage Form Bundles window, scroll to the section under You can find this form in.

Click the X next to the bundle name to remove the form from that bundle.
Rename or Delete a Public Form Bundle

Search for and select a Public Form Bundle.

The bundle name appears under the SELECTED BUNDLES section below the search fields.

To rename the bundle, click the pencil icon.

To delete the bundle, click the trash can icon.
Create Form Bundles from the Form Basket

Add forms to your basket by clicking the basket icon on each form.

Open the basket by clicking the basket icon in the top-right corner.

At the bottom, click Manage Form Bundles.
To add forms to an existing bundle:

Use the drop-down to select a Public Form Bundle.

Click UPDATE FORM BUNDLE.
To create a new bundle:

Enter a name in the Set a new name field.

Click CREATE NEW FORM BUNDLE.
The bundle is created with the selected forms.
